Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY
- You are able to return online orders by mail for FREE. Simply contact us at info@prismakiddos.com and include your order number, and reason for your return and the number of items you are sending back. We will then issue a FREE shipping label and send it to you via e-mail for you to ship back your items.
- For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 30 days returns are not accepted.
- We'll gladly accept unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged merchandise with original tags attached.
- Allow 5 business days for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Prisma kiddos does not offer exchanges at this time. We cannot guarantee the style/size you need will be available at our warehouse when we receive your return. Please follow the return policy to send back the merchandise and place a NEW order on our website.
CANCELLATIONS
- As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. We may be able to stop the process if your cancellation notice is received by e-mail to info@prismakiddos.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If you received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items. We will process your cancellation as a return and will issue as well a FREE shipping label and will email it for you to ship back your items.
- Once your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation email to the email address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.
